What is a VirtualRun and how do they work?
A Virtual Run is a race that you can run, walk, treadmill, or bike at any time from anywhere. Just like an in-person race, a finisher medal goes around your neck to celebrate your success. Virtual Runs are about being healthy, having fun, and accomplishing your personal goals. They give you the freedom to run your own route and the ability to join others and be part of something special.
How do I participate in a race?
Sign up for one of our Virtual Runs and your finisher's medal, and/or shirt and other goodies (if applicable) will be sent directly to you. You are free to complete your race either before or after you receive your package.
Do I need to submit my time proof?
While it is not required, we recommend submitting your time through the Submit Your Time Tab in the website menu. You can also submit via the VirtualRun Facebook group or tag @virtualrun on Instagram. We always love seeing your pics!
When will my medal ship?
Your medal will ship within 1 business day. You can request tracking of your order by getting in touch with our customer service team.
I'm located outside the United States. Can I still sign up?
We are now shipping globally to our team of virtual runners! Sign up for our newsletter below or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to stay updated.
How do I access my runner number?
Your runner number is downloadable (and now personalisable) for you to print at home or store as a digital keepsake. Once you have completed your order and your medal has been shipped, you will receive your runner number by email - all you need to do is print this off and pin it to your top on the day of your run!
